Meditations and Wisdom based Reflections to nourish the body and nurture our Mind – Heart.
Before we move into the new season of Spring, lets collect and reflect, nourish and nurture our Mind – Body and Being.
This is an opportunity to meet with other good-hearted and like-minded people interested in living more mindfully with wisdom and kindness.
We will have time to sit and walk in meditation, ask questions and gain clarification and insight.
The practice of ‘Dana’ – your expression of generosity – is encouraged for the Teachings and Guidance offered.
