HEART INSPIRED
The source of my Love is not my Love.
The source of your Love is not your Love.
The source of our Love is not our Love.
For this Love is the primordial, trans-personal dynamic energy of connecting.
The fundamental, radical relatedness
At the Heart and as the Heart
Of us all.
It can be most helpful to mindfully monitor, be aware and wise to, the movements of our mind.
This is especially so with what the mind identifies and so easily becomes identified with, as and through.
This is where the mind makes and creates a personal ‘my’, ‘mine’, ‘me’, ‘I’ – self from this process of identification.
Whilst this process and activity can be helpful at times, sometimes it is not and tends to make and create a whole self-story, stress and suffering.
Sometimes it is best for the mind to see and be aware of things as they simply are; in a ‘non-personal’, ‘trans-personal’ way.
This allows for the possibility of the revealing of reality through an insightful knowing and the Mind-Hearts Freedom and Peace.
