LET MINDFULNESS REMIND US
Dear Friends
It can be helpful to remind ourselves that there is never not a moment that Mindfulness cannot be helpful for us. There is never not an experience that cannot be enhanced by being Mindful. There is never not something to do, as we can always be practicing and developing our Mindfulness with whatever is happening.
Mindfulness collects Mind Energy and connects us with our ongoing experience with Clarity and Care.
In times of challenge and change it is imperative to not give way and be swayed with distraction and distress. The more challenging the situation or circumstance, the more important it is to be Mindfully Aware with Wisdom and Discernment.
Rather than becoming angry or anxious, distressed or depressed, reactive or resistant; we can choose to become Mindful! This is our birth right as Human beings, to become Mindful and Heedful rather than mindless and heedless.
The opportunity to be Mindful is always here and always now!

LET MINDFULNESS REMIND US
Let mindfulness re-mind us;
To use mindfulness to design us;
And then mindfulness may define us!
In this way we become devoted and dedicated;
To the possibility of Purity, Peace and Perfection;
This then becomes the Feeling, Form, Focus and Function of our Direction.
Mindfulness as Reflective Attention;
Attending to the fundamental fabric and flow;
Of all experience that becomes the happening;
Of the life that we live and know!
