Ajahn Tiradhammo visits Well-Aware-Ness

Thank you to all of you who were able to come to  our Urban Retreat with Ajahn Tiradhammo last Saturday - "Bringing it All Together". I am sure Ajahn Tiradhammo enjoyed sharing with us all, encouraging him that people in Sydney are motivated towards calm and clarity and realising ultimate Wisdom. This Thursday morning...

Message from John

Important News at WELL-AWARE-NESS We are all aware of the reality of change and impermanence, the underlying fabric of existence that we live our life from. My work has also included my Psychology Practice and consulting work to various organisations and industries in and around Sydney. Before we can fully breath in to this New Year, we need to Mindfully breath out and allow space for our new life into 2016. John B

New Year Greetings

Dear Friends Trusting that you have had a pleasant and peaceful Christmas/New Year break and that 2016 has started well for you. My sense of 2016 is that it will a year of both promise and potential, actualising many things planned and promised from 2015. In our spiritual practice of living consciously, we need to remind ourselves of our learning from the last year and mindfully apply those learnings for the worth and well-being of our life this year. I recommend establishing your goals...

John’s Message

As this year 2015 winds to conclusion, we may well note that how we end this year, will affect how we begin the New Year 2016. In ending this Year 2015, take some time to pause and ponder and ask yourself: What has this year been about and involved for me? What have I learnt from this year? What would I like or need to learn from this year? How would I like to best begin my New Year 2016? What can I do now...

Stay Mindful as we get busy and stressed in the lead-up to holidays and Christmas

As we move towards this busy time of year, if we are Mindful, Calm and Aware, we can wind down rather than wind up and make the most of our holiday/Christmas break as a shared experience with family and friends. Mindfulness, Meditation and Ways of Wisdom are the key.   We enjoyed a wonderful workshop at Farrant's Hill last weekend. The first of many more in 2016 .......
