Comments from our last Urban Retreat and Weekly Meditation Group …..

On Saturday 27 June a one day workshop entitled 'Stress Less Live More Love Life' was led by John at 14 Ridge Street, encouraging participants to consciously let go of wasting time on stress, by not identifying with the ego, by transcending the ego, and living in the 'just now'.  The workshop, including several specially guided meditations, was very well received. I thought I'd do one for the paramitas course too (but don't worry if you don't need it) : From May to...

Winter Newsletter

Dear Friends Trusting this message finds you well and warm mid way through our winter of 2015. On the last day of Autumn – Sunday 31st May, whilst working in the garden a large log that I was trying to move fell upon me. I feel back with my foot wedged amongst some rocks with the log on my leg and chest. The result of this was a broken ankle and leg. I began the winter in hospital with surgery on Monday...

Dear Friends Thank you so much for your messages of best wishes and regards. So much of what I talk about and teach – both with clients and the Meditation Groups, comes from my own personal experience. This is certainly the case when talking about wise ways of working with health issues or illness. I often speak about life offering a sometimes unexpected enforced ‘retreat’. On this retreat – we get to be the healer, healing from within. This attitude or ‘Right View’...

Stress consumes so much of our precious Time & Energy …..

Stress consumes so much of our precious Time & Energy. If we could stress less - we would have more time and energy for our life. If we could live more Mindfully into our life - just here, just now; rather than wanting for our life which is past or wishing or worrying about our life in the future - we would then Love into our Life - FULLY!
