HSC – Course off to a good start

John Barter & Megan Miller co-presented at our first HSC Course this week. Students and Parents enjoyed the introduction to the benefits of using Mindfulness & Meditation to enhance both physcial and mental performance giving students the "X Factor" in approaching their studies and life generally.
