Qi Gong – benefits of this practice for everyone
Qi Gong is a Moving Meditation and Mind-Body wellness practice which is a combination of Movement, Posture, Breathing, and Awareness.

The word Qi Gong ("chee-gung"), translates roughly as 'energy techniques' or 'energy skills' and the practice of Qi Gong promotes health, emotional happiness, and spiritual development. These methods combine movement or postures,...

Dear Friends
There are many feelings and emotions that may be described as defining being human.
However, one such feeling, emotion, state stands out as significant as that is 'Gratefulness'.
Gratefulness is a response from the mind/heart of appreciative joy which is a statement of being present and caring in relation to what is being experienced. Whilst we have all heard and even used the term Gratefulness, to be grateful for something, to have gratitude, there is so much benefit that can...

Breathing Out!
We are a lifetime of breathing and half of this time is breathing out.
Before we can breath in, we need to breath out. The out breath is physically very relaxing and therapeutic. Psychologically the out breath relates to releasing and letting go and spiritually to the ultimate letting go of Nirvana.
Before we can fully breath in to this New Year, we need to Mindfully breath out and allow space for our new life into 2016.

New Year Greetings
Dear Friends
Trusting that you have had a pleasant and peaceful Christmas/New Year break and that 2016 has started well for you.
My sense of 2016 is that it will a year of both promise and potential, actualising many things planned and promised from 2015.
In our spiritual practice of living consciously, we need to remind ourselves of our learning from the last year and mindfully apply those learnings for the worth and well-being of our life this year.
I recommend establishing your goals...

John’s Message
As this year 2015 winds to conclusion, we may well note that how we end this year, will affect how we begin the New Year 2016.

What has this year been about and involved for me?
What have I learnt from this year?
What would I like or need to learn from this year?
How would I like to best begin my New Year 2016?
What can I do now...
