One of the most curious yet challenging concerns of our humanity is to understand what it is that we call the self!
One of the important insight understandings in the Buddha’s Teachings is how the mind makes the sense of self, which then causes us so much Stress and Suffering.
Ajahn Thiradhammo will offer meditations, reflections and understandings into the process of self-making through the psychological habit of I – ing, My-ing and Me-ing; based on his new book ‘Beyond I-Making’.
