MEDITATIONS AND REFLECTIONS ON
Coming to our Senses
-The Art of Receptive Knowing –
How we know and experience life is based upon how we see and perceive.
So often we get caught in seeing things through our conditioned and conceptual mental perspective.
This can cause us to not really see with our eye but through our ‘ego-I’.
This becomes a great limiting factor to the Reality and Truth of things.
‘Mindful Receptive Knowing’ helps us to come to our senses and see, feel and appreciate things as they really are.
This both allows life in and allows us into life, rather than living our life as an after-thought!
This Half-Day Meditation Retreat offers us an opportunity to connect to life in a deeper and more meaningful way
developing insight and understanding into the Truth and Reality of things
