This ‘Half – Day Meditation Retreat’ offers the opportunity for Meditations and Reflections on how we can lead a life well lived.
This will be based on the verse from the Buddha:
‘A healthy mind is the greatest gain.
Contentment is the greatest wealth.
A trustworthy friend is the best of kin.
Unconditional freedom is the highest bliss.’
This ‘Half-Day Meditation Retreat’ is also an opportunity to meet with others interested in living Mindfully, with Wisdom and Kindness.
We will practice Mindfulness Meditation in both sitting and walking, have time for teachings, guidance and questions.
When: Sunday 2nd December 2018
