Half Day Retreat

So often and so easily, we become attracted and distracted by the external world of things.

In doing so we miss out on the great wealth of  information, understanding and wisdom-insight that comes from within ourselves.

Mindfulness Meditations is a practice and process of developing and deepening our capacity to access our innate ability for Inner Listening, Seeing, Feeling, Knowing and Being.

This  helps us to move through our life with greater clarity and care, insight and understanding.

 

This Half Day Meditation Retreat is an opportunity to meet with others interested in living more Mindfully with Wisdom and Kindness.

We will sit and walk in Meditation, ask questions, gain clarification and insight.
