These are:

- The Miracle of Life as a Human Being
- The Miracle of Thought
- The Miracle of the Mind – Free from Thought
This Half Day Meditation Retreat is an opportunity to meet with others interested in living more Mindfully with Wisdom and Kindness.
We will have time to sit and walk in Meditation, ask questions, gain clarification and insight.
