FOR THE TIME BEING
Dear Friends – we often and so easily take words and expressions for granted.
Sometimes a little look at what the words mean, even seeing or sourcing a meaning behind the words can be both an interesting and worthwhile pursuit.

FOR THE TIME BEING
This time, that time;
Some time, at times;
We may have, might have;
Should have, could have;
Used the term, the phrase, the expression;
That eloquently says or states;
‘For the time being!’
Yet, have we ever stopped, stood;
To stand with, to stand by or understand;
What this saying, says or states?
Have we ever paused to become;
Present enough to probe and ponder;
Consider, contemplate and calculate;
The various, variations and varieties
Of levels and layers to the depth and breadth;
Of the meaning of these words?
For the time being!
Simply said and simply so;
Just for now!
Here so;
Not for then, not for later, not for ever;
Or forever.
Yet more so, even so;
For the time of being!
That being in any shape or form;
Fit or function, size or guise;
Requires, is contingent upon;
Dependent upon and necessitates time;
There is no being outside of time!
Maybe even, no time outside of being!
Being is only and always through time;
Yet always and only the time of Now;
From Now to Now and from the place of;
Here to Here!
Here – for the ‘Time – Being’;
Yes, a Time-Being, not unlike a Space-Being;
A Living-Being or Human Being.
A Being in Time and of Time.
A Being caught up in and of time;
Sometime even out of time.
Time bound, time limited;
Strapped, trapped and tapped by time.
The taunt and taint of time;
For all beings.
Possibly also – ‘For the time being’;
The time of being vs. the time of doing;
Being time not doing time.
Just being, simply being, pure being;
The Suchness of being!
Not doing, not active, not activating;
No activity, no action – stillness of being.
As such, such as, such so, so such as!
This now, now this – not that – not then;
This as – always only always already;
As is – The being time;
The time for being!
For the time being!
