Gratefulness – How being grateful can help you to be happy
From my own experience, life can be challenging and disappointing at times but if we are relating and interfacing from the mind set and heart set of Gratefulness – Appreciative Joy, it can make all the difference between feeling disheartened and feeling heartful.
Gratefulness is that healing balm for the pains of progress and allowing our positive potentials to be fulfilled.
Just a simple saying like – ‘what experience have I had today to be grateful for’ – can be a helpful reminder.
