MINDFULNESS BRINGS
Dear Friends
Small things, seen, felt, known and practiced can make a huge difference in our self, in others, in our life and in our world.
Mindfulness, this quality of attentive awareness and knowing, is one such thing.
Mindfulness practiced both in Meditation and daily life, can bring us to what the Buddha spoke about as the Ultimate Happiness – Nibbana.
Mindfulness is the practice and path from stress and suffering to our ultimate ease and satisfaction.
Please find some inspiration in my collection of stanzas below.
Kind Regards

MINDFULNESS BRINGS
Mindfulness is the Way to Nibbana;
The Satipatthana – Foundations of Mindfulness;
Bring Ultimate Peace, ending the Kamma-Drama.
Mindfulness helps us Freedom Find;
Attentive- Receptive Attending;
Brings clarification to Mind.
Mindfulness supports Wisdom to Reach;
Which we then Live By;
Share and even Teach.
Mindfulness brings us truly Home;
The end of the Wandering;
No more need to Roam.
Mindfulness allows Peace and Calm;
Stillness, Silence, Spaciousness;
True Mind-Heart Balm.
Mindfulness is like our mind’s Gold;
Helping us be Aware;
And Attention to Hold.
Mindfulness will see us Through;
To respect the Old;
And embrace the New.
Mindfulness connects us into Life;
With Wise Awareness;
Free from mental Stress, Struggle and Strife.
Mindfulness is the Way;
Living Moment to Moment;
Consciously in each and every Day.
Mindfulness helps us See and Know;
What to Develop and Maintain;
And what to Avoid or Let- Go.
Mindfulness will help us to be Free;
Everyone, Always, Anywhere;
Just to Be!
Mindfulness helps us See and Learn;
What is Healthy, Wholesome;
The Good and True to Discern.
Mindfulness like a light Connects;
Objective-Knowing to Shine on and Show;
The Truth of things it Reflects.
Mindfulness brings Objective-Knowing;
Aware of all Sense Experience;
Ongoing and Flowing.
Mindfulness and Wisdom is the Solution;
To reduce and end our Worlds;
State of distress, fear and Reactive Confusion.
Mindfulness and Kind-fulness are what we Need;
Cultivated in the heart and Grown;
Like a great tree from just a tiny Seed.
