New Year Greetings
Dear Friends
Trusting that you have had a pleasant and peaceful Christmas/New Year break and that 2016 has started well for you.
My sense of 2016 is that it will a year of both promise and potential, actualising many things planned and promised from 2015.
In our spiritual practice of living consciously, we need to remind ourselves of our learning from the last year and mindfully apply those learnings for the worth and well-being of our life this year.
I recommend establishing your goals and aspirations for this New Year based upon how you would like to feel in this year and even towards the end of this year. Due to fundamental cause and affect, how we begin will result in how we will end. To help this process along our meditation group resumes this week (Thursday 21st January 2016). I also look forward to offering our first Meditation Urban Retreat for the year in North Sydney on Saturday 6th February.
The Tweed Coast Monday Meditation Group recommenced this week, those who weren’t able to make it – I do hope to see you next week or in the near future. The first Meditation Retreat day for the year on the Tweed Coast (at Ratanagiri) will happen on Saturday 30th January, places are limited so please contact us ASAP if you are interested.
Well-Aware-Ness, Kingscliff is now open and I am seeing clients there on Mondays.
Wishing everyone a wonderful 2016.
Kind Regards
John Barter
From January 1 2016, Psychology sessions with John Barter in North Sydney are $210/hour.
