RIGHT BEFORE US!
Dear Friends
So often we put ‘our self’ before others and things that may actually be more important than the ‘us – I – me – self’. This also occurs in putting our self before what is Real and True and in particular what is the Truth of Reality. This becomes a continual source of stress and suffering for our self!
Real Freedom- Peace comes from Insight, which results from the Mind-Sight of what is Real and Right before seeing engages the limited and conditioned view from the psychological self.
My verse below points to this Realisation of Reality.

RIGHT BEFORE US!
Why are we so unhappy?
Why do we so stress and suffer?
Why – when the Truth of the Reality of things;
That brings Full and Final Freedom through profound Insight – Wisdom understanding;
Is found – ‘Right before us’ – ‘in plain sight!’
The whole Truth, the plain Truth;
The right Truth and nothing but the Truth;
Is right there before us in plain sight, as plain to see;
If only we would suspend the constant and continual;
Seeing from the you or the me!
The whole Truth, the plain truth;
The right Truth and real Truth;
Is there; right before us in plain view and clear view;
If only we look before being locked;
Into see from the me and the you.
We need not have hindsight;
Nor do we need foresight;
What is important is Mind-Sight that leads to profound Insight!
If only we might see with Right Sight;
What is Real and Right before the ‘us’ happens to happen!
