Stay Mindful as we get busy and stressed in the lead-up to holidays and Christmas

As we move towards this busy time of year, if we are Mindful, Calm and Aware, we can wind down rather than wind up and make the most of our holiday/Christmas break as a shared experience with family and friends.

Mindfulness, Meditation and Ways of Wisdom are the key.

 

We enjoyed a wonderful workshop at Farrant’s Hill last weekend.
The first of many more in 2016 …….
