TURNING POINT – CHANGING POINT
Dear Friends,
Challenging times challenge us to change and be the best that we can be to get through but also to grow from those experiences. Whether these experiences are particular to the individual, the family, the community, the country, or to the world – they require a special way of being in our selves as we relate and respond to the predicament.
The current crisis of the Corona Virus to humanity requires a critical response to engage and enhance not our primal drives but the best of our being in Values, Virtues, Skills and Strengths.
This is the time to pause and ponder, review and reflect on what is important, what makes life meaningful and how to live forth wisely from this critical time – this Turning Point – this Changing Point!
And amidst all this – Let us not forget but remain ever Mindful!

TURNING POINT – CHANGING POINT
Let us not forget;
All those who have died, are dying and will die;
Through this Corona Virus Pandemic of 2020.
Let us not forget;
All those who have suffered, are suffering and will suffer;
Through this Corona Virus Pandemic of 2020.
Let us not forget;
All those Health Care Workers, that have helped, are helping and will help;
Through this Corona Virus Pandemic of 2020.
Let us not forget;
All those people that have been, are being and will be caring, helpful and supportive;
Through this Corona Virus Pandemic of 2020.
Let us not forget;
All those that have been, are being and will be, frightened, fearful, anxious, distressed and depressed;
Through this Corona Virus Pandemic of 2020.
And – Let us not forget;
All those that have, are and will be patient amidst panic, clear amidst confusion and calm amidst conflict.
Through this Corona Virus Pandemic of 2020.
For this Here and Now is the time and place;
To show, share and shine forth in Mindfulness, Wisdom and Compassion;
Through this Corona Virus Pandemic of 2020.
Let us not forget – to be Mindful and Wise-full;
Let us not forget – to be Care-full, Kind-full and Peaceful;
Let us not forget – Let us not forget – Let us not forget!
